Main Responsibilities:
Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales, promoting additional products and services including finance and installation
Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through design, order, and installation, delivering a world-class experience throughout
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank, keeping in regular contact with customers to drive conversion and satisfaction
Recruit, develop and manage a portfolio of Trade Customers, building strong long-term relationships and driving repeat business
Conduct home surveys, taking accurate measurements and reference photos, and clearly explaining the process to customer Proactively generate and follow up leads in your local area, effectively managing your diary to maximise design time and commercial opportunity
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible personyou must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer
Proven sales experience, ideally in retail, design, or trade environments
Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
Confident working independently and building relationships
