As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our lead generation and digital marketing activity.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to help drive brand awareness, generate high-quality enquiries, and support business growth across our HVAC and building services divisions.
Reporting to the Directors, you will play a key role in planning and delivering targeted marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analysing performance to improve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and enquiry conversion.
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns and the company website.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce reports using analytics tools to support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective marketing activity.
- Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Support brand development and wider sales and marketing initiatives across the business.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, ideally with a lead generation focus.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing systems and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines.
- Creative, proactive and organised approach.
Desirable
Experience within the HVAC, construction or technical sectors.
Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business or a related subject.
