This is a Hybrid role offering an opportunity to make significant impact, with responsibility for overseeing and enhancing financial reporting and analysis while supporting strategic initiatives.
What will the Financial Controller role involve?
* Lead all financial reporting and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting for senior management.
* Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, aligning them with the company’s growth targets.
* Drive process improvements in internal controls, compliance, and financial practices across the organisation.
* Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and manage annual audits smoothly.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
* Strong technical proficiency with analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
* Adaptable, confident communicator with the ability to convey financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
