Claims Technician - Northern Ireland (internally known as Adjusting Executive) – Permanent role.
Job Location: Northern Ireland
Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications
Be the calm voice claimants rely on to get their lives back on track. You will support the Loss Adjuster throughout the handling of the claims, guide customers through the claims process, and help move claims forward with empathy and initiative.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for claimants and guide them through the claims process.
* Decipher details, recommend settlements, and collaborate with contractors to resolve claims.
* Explain complex information in clear terms and maintain organised coordination with involved parties.
* Communicate with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and others to support timely resolutions.
* Work either from home or in a collaborative office as part of a supportive team.
Qualifications
* Experience in a claims environment, ideally property claims.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Commitment to pursuing Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Cert CILA qualification.
