We're looking for a
Customer Service Representative II
to join our collaborative team in
Paisley
. In this customer-facing role, you'll be at the heart of the service lifecycle — supporting customers from first contact through to successful order fulfilment.
You'll manage enquiries, process orders and quotations, track shipments, and resolve issues efficiently, all while delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience. Working closely with internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers
* Processing orders, quotations, and returns accurately and efficiently
* Managing customer data within ERP and CRM systems
* Tracking orders and shipments and proactively resolving issues
* Communicating clearly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
* Previous Office / customer service experience, ideally in an SSC or multinational environment.
* Government Body award or equivalent qualification
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Additional European language skills are a strong advantage
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) or CRM tools is beneficial (training provided)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities
* A positive, collaborative team player with a professional approach
* Comfortable adapting to new systems, processes, and technologies
