You’ll work on a variety of vehicles using modern tools, keeping the role varied and engaging day to day.
The Role – Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic
This position is suited to an experienced technician who can work independently while maintaining high standards.
You’ll be trusted to carry out a wide range of work and play a key role within the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out routine servicing and mechanical repairs
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
* Tyre fitting, puncture repairs, and wheel balancing
* Working on brakes, suspension, batteries, and exhaust systems
* Completing vehicle health checks and inspections
* Using diagnostic tools and equipment
* Maintaining accurate job records
* Keeping the workshop clean, safe, and organised
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
* 30‑minute lunch break plus two 15‑minute breaks
* Saturday work on a rota basis
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* A professional, reliable attitude
* Full UK driving licence
