The Best Connection are recruiting HGV Class 1 Night Drivers (LGV C+E / CE Drivers) for a leading retail distribution client based in South Elmsall, Pontefract.

* Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver / LGV C+E Driver / CE Driver
* Location: South Elmsall, Pontefract
* Shift Pattern: Sunday to Saturday (includes weekend work)
* Shift Times: 21:00 - 23:30 start window
* Job Type: Full-time, ongoing

Pay Rates (Night Shifts)
* Sunday - Thursday: £21.05 per hour
* Friday: £23.05 per hour
* Saturday: £25.60 per hour

HGV Driver Duties
* Trunking and depot-to-depot deliveries
* Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and efficiently
* Completing vehicle checks and defect reports
* Ensuring loads are secured correctly
* Following all driver hours, tachograph, and WTD regulations

✅ Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE / C+E) Licence
* Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience
* Valid Driver CPC Qualification
* Digital Tachograph Card
* Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, IN, TT endorsements)
* Good communication and reliability
