I am currently recruiting for a Head Chef for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to head up their brigade for their 4* hotel with 120cv dining inside and 100cv garden area in Central Bournemouth within easy commute from Salisbury, The New Forest, East Dorset and Southampton. The successful Head Chef will have good experience for 2-3yrs cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants or 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team, as well as managing the GP & recruiting the brigade.
