With thoughtfully designed private studios, exceptional shared spaces, and curated community
experiences, Ark offers a smarter, more social way to live in the city.
Our mission is to create places that feel like home from day one, where comfort, connection,
and convenience come together under one roof. From wellness studios and pools to co-working
lounges and cinema rooms, every Ark location is designed to enhance daily life with services,
support, and community-built in.
We're growing fast, with multiple sites across London, and building a team of passionate,
values-led professionals who care about the resident experience just as much as we do.
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Senior Engineer to join us at an exciting time of
growth. Starting with responsibility for Ark Canary Wharf and Ark Wembley, and reporting into
the Director of Property Management & Compliance, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the

This is a sole contributor role there are no direct reports but the Senior Engineer will play a key

As we scale, this role sets the tone for how our engineering and maintenance model is delivered
across all current and future Ark properties. Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and
pride in your work will directly shape how residents experience life at Ark — and will help us
deliver on our promise of beautiful living, brilliantly run.
