What Youll Be Doing:
Oversee clinical standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Provide clinical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to colleagues.
Step in for the Home Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Promote best practice in person-centred care and maintain thorough, accurate records.
Foster a caring, inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
Support safeguarding and ensure all relevant training is completed.
