Job Opportunity:DEA/Stock Condition Surveyor
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract DEAto their team in Sheffield.
Role Overview:As a Stock Condition Surveyor/DEA, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms
* Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties
* Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location
* Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings
Ideal Candidates:
* Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields
* Familiarity with the HHSRS system
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)
* Experience in carrying out EPCs
* Accredited DEA through Elmhurst or ECMK.
