Our client is a global manufacturer of Petrochemicals, with a core product range in acetic acid and acetic anhydride. They are now looking to recruit a Plant Inspector to prepare, execute and report on mechanical pressure equipment inspections to ensure compliance with Statutory requirements for Safe, Reliable Operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage Inspection portfolio for a specific plant area
* Write Inspection & Test Plans
* Prepare and Complete Inspections according to schedule
* Analyse NDT results
* Update Risk Based Inspection assessments
* Complete Inspection reporting & scheduling
* Plans and executes inspections for plant Turnarounds
* Update the Inspection Data Management System
Experience & Qualifications
* Candidates will hold a minimum HNC in mechanical discipline
* Cat 2 Plant Inspector (Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices)
* In depth knowledge of legislation, codes and standards related to mechanical equipment integrity
* In depth knowledge of Risk Based Inspection
