Overview
We are seeking a Branch Manager with management experience in financial services to lead our branch and drive growth.
The Role
As Branch Manager you will efficiently manage resources to achieve sales, profit, delinquency and expense control, while maintaining compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements.
Role Responsibilities
* Achievement of the Manager's Business Plan.
* Understand, commit and participate fully in all quality improvement processes.
* Understand, commit and participate fully in managing service beyond customer expectations and to company standards.
* Support and adhere to the Core Values of the company.
* Develop, maintain and ensure quality of all loan, sales contracts, insurance and ancillary programs where applicable.
* Handle all collections and difficult assignments such as bankruptcies, litigation, foreclosures etc.
* Hire, train, develop, compensate and advance employees.
* Ensure timely and accurate record‑keeping functions and reports.
* Maintain physical appearance of the office, conduct of employees and company image in the community.
* Effectively and efficiently complete all duties and responsibilities as assigned to company standards.
