Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Carlisle area to join their team.

Working Hours:

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
* Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
* Bonuses
* Car allowance
* On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
* Fixed geographical area to work in
* Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance

As a Residential Surveyor your role will involve:
* Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
* Produce accurate property reports using market leading IPad technology
* Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
* Attend Regional meetings
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
* Experience as a practising Surveyor
* RICS Membership
* VRS registered
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
* Technical expertise in Surveying
* Ability to work in fast-paced organisation
