Fidarsi are partnering with one of the fastest growing Challenger Banks and are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their Cardiff HR team to cover a 12 month maternity leave. This role offers hybrid working of 2 days in the Cardiff office and excellent benefits.

The HR Business Partner duties:
• Champion cultural transformation in line with the group vision, values and behaviours which are demonstrated by leadership, supported by management and ‘felt’ by all
• Create trusted relationships, to plan and develop, monitor, and measure the success of the overall People strategy, in line with the strategic direction of business
