Are you?
* Thriving as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or Leader in retail or hospitality is a plus, but any dynamic management background will be considered.
* Driven by results, excelling in maintaining high standards and delivering top-tier customer service.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate instructions clearly and precisely.
* Willing to travel within a 45-minute radius to cover local stores.
* Proactive, solution-focused, with skills in prioritizing, delegating, and developing a team to meet targets.
Assistant Store Manager – Key Responsibilities
* Managing and Coaching: Lead your team to success.
* Deputizing: Act as Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
* Task Implementation: Oversee service, stock management, and customer experience.

* Stock Ordering: Manage daily stock orders to keep the store well-stocked.
