Financial services administrator – Loughborough – Up to £30k The opportunity for a Financial services administrator to join an award winning IFA in their head office in Loughborough. The firm are independent and have a different approach to financial planning Daily Duties To assist managers, advisors and paraplanners with any ad hoc tasks on a daily basis Update company systems with ongoing information relating to the progression of client business Send and maintain communications to product providers Obtain, record and review policy information gathered from providers Communicate with clients to provide updates or request information where instructed Deal with client and provider queries to completion via the telephone or in writing.
