Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch breakDuties:
Prepare vehicles meticulously before painting, including masking and sanding
Apply spray paint using industry-standard techniques, ensuring quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Keep all tools and equipment in optimal condition to prevent hazards
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of spray-painting technology, including paint mixing and application methods
Attend training sessions to stay updated on product developments and improve skills
Follow all safety procedures and wear prescribed protective clothing
Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve departmental goals
Report any health or safety concerns promptly to managementRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, with a strong eye for detail
Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer are desirable but not essential if extensive on-the-job experience is demonstrated
ATA qualification is advantageous
Ability to work to precise standards and attention to detail
Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
Multitasking capabilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
