What you’ll be doing: • Supporting learning in small groups and 1:1 • Helping pupils stay engaged and on track • Assisting with classroom preparation and routines • Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience working with children, in schools or similar settings • Is patient, proactive, and emotionally intelligent • Brings warmth, resilience, and a good sense of humour • Understands how vital consistency and encouragement are If you’ve worked with SEND pupils, that’s a big plus.
