The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a vital role in helping to drive the growth of the business. You’ll represent the company at the highest level — professional, sharp, enthusiastic, and kind — engaging with potential clients and showcasing the company’s creativity, values, and expertise.
Your mission:
* Generate and nurture new leads across key target industries — from B2B brands to marketing agencies and event organisers.
* Build relationships through calls, LinkedIn outreach, email, video meetings, and face-to-face conversations.
* Promote the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, converting interest into new business opportunities.
* Write compelling proposals and outreach messages that truly engage prospects.
* Manage leads and pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and follow-up.
* Collaborate closely with the wider sales & marketing team to refine strategies and ensure the team’s collective success.

* Based near St Neots
* Hybrid working — a mix of office and remote
* Regular opportunities to attend client meetings, events, and shows
Package
* £35,000 – £45,000 base salary (depending on experience)
* Uncapped commission structure
