Our client is a long-established market leader in outdoor recreational solutions, with a powerful track record in design, manufacturing, installation, and service. Their product range spans inclusive play equipment, outdoor gyms, multi-sport courts, and urban furniture.
As they continue expanding their international reach, they’re seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial success and lead a high-performing sales team across Europe and beyond.
🧱 What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and coaching a team of regional salespeople across multiple countries
* Overseeing both direct sales and distributor/channel relationships
* Developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets and grow share in existing ones
* Aligning closely with internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth execution
* Reporting on performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership
🌍 What you’ll bring:
* Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within B2B industries like playground equipment, construction, fitness, or architectural solutions
* Experience with international channel/distributor networks
* Commercial agility and a data-driven approach to scaling sales operations
* A passion for building teams, developing people, and leading with purpose
* Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, or Polish) are a plus
