We’re working with a global SaaS Insurtech Client transforming the insurance space through technology, to source an exceptional Client Onboarding Manager for EMEA. You will program manage new clients from the latter stages of the sales cycle through to implementation. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple SaaS platform client onboarding and implementations
* Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal tech/business teams
* Drive delivery using a hybrid Agile/SDLC model with cross-functional teams
* Develop and maintain project documentation plans, and KPIs
* Foster strong client relationships with a focus on long-term success
* Identify opportunities for additional value-added services
* Improve delivery processes and team collaboration across regions
Requirements
* 6–8 years of onboarding and program management experience (SaaS Insurance Technology Products or Insurance Technology Consulting)
* Experience in a specialist Client Onboarding role, rather than broader project management- specific Onboarding experience must be highlighted extensively in the CV.
* Proven success managing complex, cross-functional implementation programs
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
* Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
* Familiar with tools such as Monday.com or Team Foundation Server
* Experience working with globally distribution teams
* Analytical, solutions-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset
