Job Summary

As a Home Manager within the Barchester family, you will be a leading face in the delivery of that person‑centred care that helps to set us apart. Job Responsibilities

You will lead and manage the home, ensuring delivery of high‑quality person‑centred care. You will maintain standards, oversee staffing, manage compliance with safeguarding, CQC and other regulatory requirements, and build strong links with the local community. You will also support staff development and performance, contribute to the strategic expansion plan, and operate within the framework that gives you autonomy to lead effectively.

Qualifications

* Inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person‑centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
* Excellent organisational and management skills.
* Experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
* Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and create strong links within the local community.
