Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Operations Assistant. You will support the Production Controller with purchasing, supplier coordination, and general administrative tasks. Full training will be provided, and this role offers room for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing Support: Assist with placing orders for parts and materials under the guidance of the Production Controller.
Supplier Communication: Help communicate with suppliers regarding order status, deliveries, and basic inquiries.
Order Tracking: Monitor order progress and help ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Stock Monitoring: Assist in checking stock levels and updating inventory records.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and company systems.
Invoice Checking: Help match supplier invoices to purchase orders and flag discrepancies.
General Admin: Provide support with filing, document preparation, and other routine office duties.
