Accounts Administrator Company Our client is one of the largest suppliers of temporary structures to the Events Industry. Installing Staging and temporary structures to all major festivals and tours in both the UK and Europe. They have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join their team, the ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong team work ethic with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the individual to meet deadlines whilst also being able to respond to daily requests from the accounts manager and procurement manager. Main Duties Your main duty will be to provide general overall administrative support to the Accounts manager some of which includes the below: * Maintain Purchase Ledger * Processing supplier payments * Raise Sales Invoices * Remind customers to make timely payments * Identify and address discrepancies in all documentation * Update internal spreadsheets * Reconciling bank and credit card transactions * Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month end duties * Entering journals * Assist and support the Procurement Manager and the Finance Manager when required Skills: * Accounts experience * Knowledge of VAT treatment * SAGE 50 experience beneficial * Strong IT skills * Ability to prioritise and have great attention to detail * Ability to work on their own as well as part of the team, create own deadlines and manage own workload Benefits: * Salary £28,000 to £30,000 * 21 days holiday 8 Statutory bank holidays (also gaining 1 extra day per year for every year of service) * 3% Company pension contributions * Bike2work scheme * Casual dress code * Onsite parking * Flexible where required Hours: * 8.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday * Saturday working on a rota basis (May to November) paid in addition to basic salary
