Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a flexible role where your skills will truly make a difference? TMC (a pharma-services organisation) is seeking a dedicated Half-Time Administrative Support Employee to join our Resourcing and Administration team. As our business continues to grow, we need additional support to maintain operational efficiency, compliance, and staff well-being.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Resourcing, you’ll be working alongside two highly committed administrative professionals, supporting a wide range of essential functions—from routine document processing and onboarding to helping drive process improvements and providing cover during annual leave.

Please note this is a wholly office based role.

About You

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable with IT systems and document management
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communicator and team player

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
