About Us
Vibra Energy Ltd is an accredited PAS 2030:2023 & PAS 2035:2023 contractor delivering energy efficiency measures (ECO4, GBIS, retrofit, insulation, renewables). We are seeking a qualified Health & Safety Manager to strengthen our SHE compliance and support safe delivery across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and implement site-specific RAMS & POWRA.
Lead on health, safety & environmental compliance across retrofit and construction projects.
Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and accident/incident investigations.
Maintain training records, ladder/harness registers, PAT records, and vehicle/plant checks.
Act as the competent person for Vibra Energy Ltd under UK health & safety law.
Liaise with clients (e.g. E.ON, British Gas, Octopus) to provide H&S assurance and documentation.
Essential Requirements
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH or higher).
Experience in construction / retrofit / energy efficiency projects.
Strong knowledge of RAMS, WAH, asbestos awareness, and CDM 2015.
Excellent communication skills with ability to deliver toolbox talks and staff training.
Desirable
Knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance.
Experience with ECO / energy efficiency schemes.
Internal auditing or ISO 9001/45001 background.
