This role will be offered remote, however travelling to the site in Reading area when required.
The ideal candidate has strong relationship building and nurturing skills and knowledge of clinical trial supplies with commercial mindset.
Main responsibilities:
-Coordinate global activities and maintain strong relationships across strategic CTS accounts.
-Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring tailored solutions and seamless cross-functional communication.
-Track, report, and present client-specific KPIs, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
-Manage quote requests and drive business growth through competitive proposals and service innovation.
-Support operational excellence and ensure compliance with all relevant GxP standards.
