You will be working as part of the Engineering team to ensure the needs of the business are met in a timely and effective manner according to the specification. You will be part of a fast paced, proactive team responsible for looking after the grounds and provide support activities to site facility maintenance management function.

The role involves:
* Recording of daily meter readings and report through the correct channels
* Maintain and manage water skid, water softener, air compressors and boilers
* Maintain site drainage and report any issues to the Engineering Manager
* Cover effluent plant engineer
* General building Maintenance duties
* Carry out Grass cutting and gardening
* Repairs and maintenance of site facilities in a timely and controlled manner
* Reactive fault finding & rectification to breakdowns
* Carry out the recording and analysing of data
* Responsible for site enhancement and image
* Carry out all tasks in a safe manner in accordance with attached H&S responsibilities
