You know what new business looks like. You've hunted down major projects early, mapped complex stakeholders across GC's, subs and plant teams, and turned conversations on site and in the boardroom into long-term, repeatable revenue. You're at your best when you're trusted to think strategically and own the outcome end-to-end. This Business Development Manager role gives you that freedom. It's a brand-new position, created to open new construction and industrial accounts and drive net-new revenue. You'll have the scope to shape how you go to market, build your career further, and be rewarded for the results you deliver in a role that is genuinely focused on winning new logos.
What You'll Be Doing
* Uncovering and pursuing new business opportunities
* Identifying where tech solutions can create measurable value on projects
* Winning new accounts and expanding presence in under-penetrated areas
* Building and nurturing relationships with senior decision makers
* Running a disciplined sales process from end-to-end
* Owning accurate weekly forecasts and leading monthly pipeline reviews

Consistently hitting your new business targets and building a strong, referenceable customer base in construction and industrial markets.
Qualifications
* Know how to secure new business in complex B2B technology sales
* Have sold software/technology or automation solutions into Tier 1 construction businesses
* Know how to identify and develop opportunities early in the project lifecycle
* Can break into new contractors, asset owners or industrial accounts
* Hold an Engineering or Technical degree
* Are comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers, consultants and site teams.
