We’re seeking a Material Handler to join the team and support production by managing tooling, materials, and consumables within a busy manufacturing environment. What’s in it for you? Starting salary of £32,500 per annum 25 days holiday bank holidays Secure long-term employment with a global engineering leader Free parking on site Material Handler duties: Supporting production teams with the supply of tooling, fixturing, gauges, and consumables Replenishing Kanban stations across all manufacturing areas Handling tooling and material requests from internal teams and sub-contractors Receiving and storing goods, ensuring items are logged and protected for transit Maintaining accurate inventory records via the ATMS (Automated Tooling Management System) Assisting with weekly and monthly tooling checks, including gauge calibration and carbide regrind Participating in lean initiatives, 5S audits, and continuous improvement projects Material Handler Profile: Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering stores environment Confident handling tooling, materials and using inventory systems A methodical, team-oriented individual with good attention to detail Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel & Word) Click "Apply Now".
