About the Role
The role of the Sales Enablement Specialist is to help optimize sales performance of international sales teams by providing support, information and training, resulting in increased revenue of the OE International publishing list globally. This role will focus on Sales Enablement support for our Primary publishing, but can be changed by Head of Sales Effectiveness depending on wider departmental priorities.
The Sales Enablement Specialist will develop their product, qualification and international market knowledge to deliver sales enablement support to direct, indirect and, where required, third party sales teams.
Duties will include:
1. Sales: Responsible for furthering sales of the Cambridge and IB publishing lists globally through sales enablement activity.
2. Sales Tools: Develop sales tools on key qualification, curricula and products to support sales team training and development as well as onboarding of new starters.
