Workplace Experience Director

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Sodexo is seeking a Workplace Experience Director to lead the delivery of a premium, hospitality-led workplace experience across a dynamic corporate portfolio in Dublin.
This senior leadership role will oversee the full workplace journey including front-of-house, hospitality, concierge, events, amenities and community engagement, ensuring a seamless, brand-aligned service environment.The successful candidate will drive innovation, client satisfaction and operational excellence while leading a large, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the workplace experience strategy across multiple sites.
Ensure exceptional customer and visitor experiences across front-of-house, hospitality and events services.
Manage budgets, KPIs, service performance and supplier relationships.
Own NPS, CSAT and workplace experience metrics, using data to drive improvement.
Partner with operational teams to ensure seamless service integration.
Lead major workplace initiatives, events and change programmes.
Recruit, develop and lead a large, diverse service team, promoting a culture of service excellence.
Drive innovation, continuous improvement and workplace engagement initiatives.Profile & Background
Strong 4 or 5-star hotel background preferred
Experience delivering white glove / luxury service environments
Previous Department Head level leadership experience
Highly polished personal presentation
Confident, professional and client-facingA technical FM background is not required.
People Leadership
Proven experience managing large, diverse teams
Track record managing 10+ direct reports
Experience leading teams of 60+ employees
Experience managing senior managers and department leadsEssential Skills
Senior leadership experience in hospitality or workplace experience environments
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, SLAs and KPIs
Data-driven approach to service improvement and performance management
Proven ability to lead innovation and continuous improvementDesirable
Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline
Experience working on global corporate accounts
Knowledge of WELL, LEED or workplace certification standards
