We are an established aviation recruitment company seeking a detail-driven Administration Assistant to support our busy operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, communicating with people, and keeping essential processes running smoothly. Full training and all necessary equipment will be provided.
Key Responsibilities -
* Maintain and monitor compliance records, ensuring all documentation meets internal and external requirements.
* Communicate with employees over the phone to gather information, answer queries, and provide support.
* Collate and prepare documentation for EU clients to process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
* Support new starters by arranging travel, accommodation, and any necessary onboarding logistics.
* Produce employment contracts and other administrative documents.
* Assist with general office tasks to support the wider recruitment operations team.
Skills & Experience -
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Confident communication skills, especially over the phone.
* Comfortable working with digital systems and administrative tools.
* Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential—full training is provided.
