What We Offer
* Competitive Salary: £55,800 - £61,300 (inclusive of shift allowance), based on experience.

Your Role
As part of a highly skilled engineering team, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining plant equipment and resolving electrical/control issues across the site.
* Providing electrical equipment troubleshooting and reactive maintenance.
* Transitioning to preventative maintenance as troubleshooting needs are met.
What We’re Looking For
* Electrical engineering qualifications (apprenticeship, HNC, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Advanced electrical skills with intermediate control capabilities.
* Confidence in diagnosing and resolving electrical, control, and automation issues.
* A motivated individual with a strong customer focus who thrives in a team environment.
* Experience in complex technical problem-solving.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on single and three-phase systems.
* Understanding of control systems like Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, and Modicon.
* Prioritizing breakdowns and serving as the escalation point for electrical issues.
* Detailed reporting and recording of maintenance work using our SAP system.
* Providing technical support and coaching to assist others in resolving equipment failures.
* Conducting root cause analysis on major breakdowns and undertaking preventative maintenance activities.
