Job Role & Summary

We are Maverrik, a business consultancy & training company based in Plymouth, UK.

We are expanding our Managed Services team and looking for someone to play a vital role in ensuring the success of our client's brand awareness and presence on social media. We are looking for individuals who are not only organised and detail-oriented but also creative, confident, and willing to go the extra mile to exceed client expectations.

This role entails assisting clients with their social media marketing efforts on LinkedIn to generate leads and secure meetings. Responsibilities include creating engaging content for client profiles and building connections with prospective customers to achieve the client's business development goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Client content creation
* Daily content posting and engagement
* Management of social inboxes
* Responding to inbound and outbound communications via social media
* Social media growth management
* Webinar project management
* Implementing activity in line with the agreed client social selling plan
* Client communication
* Undertaking client onboardings
* Analytics and Reporting
* Maintain an active and professional LinkedIn profile and act as an ambassador for Maverrik
* Regularly share and promote Maverrik updates, news, blog posts, and other content on your LinkedIn profile. Maverrik may provide you with such content or request you to share specific content.
* Engage with Maverrik-related content by liking, commenting, and sharing posts. You should actively participate in discussions related to Maverrik or within the industry when appropriate.
* Grow your LinkedIn connections with relevant or recommended industries that Maverrik are actively pursuing
* Use your profile to invite targeted connections to Maverrik webinars and events.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* A keen and sensible approach to problem-solving, with a good balance between practicality and perfection
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace, along with strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work positively and collaboratively within a team
* Self-driven, with examples of doing things under their initiative
* A strong and versatile account manager with a demonstrable ability to undertake social selling activities on a social platform
* Takes a data-driven approach, using social media analytics tools to evaluate performance and adjust content strategy based on what audiences respond to
* A willingness to learn about our industry, products, and services in a B2B environment
* Creativity to generate new conversation strategies when standard approaches are not effective
* Confidence in client calls, establishing strong rapport, and offering creative solutions
* Being tech-savvy and capable of troubleshooting when using external systems
* Client-focused with a dedication to delivering outstanding results
* Proven experience in social media management and account management
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,730.00-£28,000.00 per year
