Responsibilities / Main Duties:
* Lead a team ofRegionalManagers andRetail Branch Managerswithin yourdivision.
* Continually coach and develop yourcolleagues across the division.
* Through effective leadership drivea positive effect on increasing conversation, PPU and reducing losses.
* Promote the highest levels of customer service to our customers while maximising the performance of your team.
* Develop a culture of celebrating success as well as identifying how underperformance can be resolved.
* Strong commitment to the company’s brand, values and principles and reflect this in your team as part of their measured success.
* Accountability for ensuing the implementation of thecompany strategy on compliance.
* Reviewcommercial KPI’sto identify areas of concern and initiate appropriate plans.
* Report on and account for the performance of theDivision.
* Ensure a consistent approach toperformance management and disciplinary actionsacross all regions.
* Provide regular reporting and insight to the Retail Director and other members within senior management structure in order to identify opportunities for driving the business forward.

3 years or more management or operational sales experience, some of it in the retail sales market place and be used to managing a team of staff on disparate areas.

Have the ability to motivate individuals to excel in their performance and be able to respond to different individuals needs and potential as and when required.

You will be used to providing leadership, setting specific goals and expectations and giving the necessary direction and support to successfully achieve where needed.

Have the ability to execute and plan activities against key performance drivers, monitor the competition and combine company strategies.

Ability to analyse business information that can drive decision-making actions, forecasts and resources.

Strong leadership qualities; highly self motivated and can motivate others.

Commercially astute you will have a proven ability to analyse sales figures, performance data and competitor activity.
