Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their thriving Manchester team.

The Role
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional experience to clients and agents.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and legal documents
* Conducting searches and managing Land Registry and SDLT processes
* Providing regular updates and clear advice to clients and agents
* Managing files via a case management system
* Ensuring matters progress efficiently and to deadline
About You
You’re a motivated and client-focused solicitor ready to make an impact.
Essential
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to run your own caseload confidently
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
* Experience with new builds, shared ownership or Help to Buy
* Interest in business development
* Experience in a full-service firm
