About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll take on real classroom responsibility while being closely supported by experienced teachers and senior leaders. You'll gain the experience, skills, and confidence needed to transition into full QTS.
Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 or KS2 (with planning support).
Lead small group and whole-class teaching.
Receive regular mentoring from experienced teachers.
Access structured CPD with a clear route into teacher training.

About the Candidate:
Graduate with a strong academic background (2:1 or above preferred).
Experience working with children (school, tutoring, mentoring or coaching).
