We are currently looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to support growth across our Infrastructure and Transportation programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business with a strong reputation for delivering high quality services within complex environments.
A career with us means playing a key role in delivering some of the UK's most complex and ambitious infrastructure programmes—from shaping the future of Britain's transport through High Speed 2 and the East Coast Digital Programme, to enhancing international connectivity at Heathrow, supporting the transition to sustainable energy, and enabling safe, reliable journeys for National Highways and local authorities. You'll use your technical and consulting skills to share knowledge, apply expertise and deliver outstanding services, working closely with clients and supply chain partners to solve complex, fast‑moving challenges. All of this is done with the passion, collaboration and enjoyment that define our AtkinsRéalis culture.

Your role

* You play a key role in shaping and growing our Procurement capability across London and the Southeast, bringing your energy, insight, and ambition to help define what excellent looks like.
* You will build trusted relationships with our Critical National Infrastructure clients, using your curiosity and growth mindset to understand their challenges and deliver meaningful, long‑term value.
* You'll draw on your procurement and commercial expertise to deliver end‑to‑end solutions—supporting everything from early strategy and market engagement through to procurement delivery and effective supplier management.
* You will champion value creation across the supply chain ecosystem, using your commercial acumen and problem‑solving mindset to help clients achieve smarter, more sustainable outcomes.
* You bring a warm, collaborative approach, with strong interpersonal skills and emerging leadership qualities that help you thrive in client‑facing environments and make a positive contribution to a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

About You

* You bring solid procurement experience across major programmes and complex UK infrastructure, working confidently in client‑facing, multidisciplinary environments.
* You can deliver end‑to‑end procurement activities—shaping strategy, defining requirements, running complex procurements, mobilising contracts, and strengthening supplier relationships.
* You are confident applying and advising on NEC, JCT and FIDIC contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance and commercial value.
* You understand UK regulated procurement environments and can discuss the latest Procurement Act with practical awareness of its implications.
* You communicate clearly and build strong stakeholder relationships, securing buy‑in across complex organisational landscapes.
* You add further value with experience in commercial governance, advanced procurement routes, collaborative contracting models, data‑driven decision‑making, business development, and mentoring junior colleagues.
