We have the pleasure of working with a well known Alternative Legal Services Provider, in their search for a Global Head of Marketing. Backed by private equity, the business has nearly tripled in size in the past year with further acquisitions and international expansion ahead. We’re now looking for a Global Head of Marketing to bring together a decentralised marketing function, shaping a unified strategy and leading the brand into its next chapter.
This is a role for a commercially minded, people-focused leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments. You’ll bring the strategic vision, international perspective, and persuasive leadership style to integrate our marketing efforts globally—while still rolling up your sleeves to deliver.
Offering a selection of products to Law firms, Financial Services and Professional Services, alike, the team is built up of smart, driven, and deeply committed to their clients. We’re looking for a marketing leader who shares those qualities and can champion the brand with humility, credibility, and impact.
The role
* Set the direction: Define and lead a global marketing vision that unites our business lines and supports ambitious growth targets.
* Integrate & inspire: Bring together marketing talent across regions and acquired businesses into a high-performing, collaborative team.
* Drive demand: Partner with Product, BD, and Revenue Operations to deliver measurable pipeline and growth.
* Strengthen our brand: Build a consistent global narrative while respecting local market needs.
* Enable scale: Develop frameworks, processes, and MarTech capability (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, digital, social, events, webinars) to support future acquisitions and expansion.
* Be hands-on: Balance strategic leadership with day-to-day contribution in a growing, “do-er” culture.
What you’ll bring
* Senior marketing leadership experience in international, multi-product businesses, ideally in content, SaaS, professional services, compliance, or expert networks
* Proven success building and leading global teams through integration, change, or acquisitions
* A persuasive yet democratic leadership style – able to inspire, influence, and align senior stakeholders across borders
* Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering marketing-driven revenue growth
* Experience with modern MarTech stacks (Salesforce, marketing automation, social, events, analytics)
* Board and executive exposure, with the confidence to operate at senior levels while remaining approachable and collaborative
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills
Bonus points if you have
* Experience in a PE-backed environment
* Exposure to M&A integration from a marketing perspective
* Marketing to financial services, legal, or compliance-focused clients
* Play a pivotal role in uniting and scaling the marketing function during a period of exciting international growth
* Work closely with senior leadership, C-Suite and reporting to board
