Our client require are seeking two individuals with experiece of either customer service or business development to join an existing team based in their Leicester office.
Key Tasks:
* Handle inbound calls to the Network.
* Provide technical support internally and externally to all systems queries, ensuring full understanding on internal systems.
* Timely and transparent communications with the Network to manage expectations and resolutions.
* Proactive and accurate resolution of queries by liaising across departments where required.
* Maintain accurate records on CRM.
* Support new internal joiners and external members with outbound contact and system set up.
* Manage multiple workloads across in-boxes, phone contact and Teams meetings.
* Proactively inform our network re company and industry developments.
* Research and maintain knowledge on industry products and regulatory changes.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Success in customer service or business development role.
2. Knowledge of systems of control and able to follow clearly defined procedures.
3. Experience of working under pressure, prioritising workloads and working to tight deadlines
4. Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e. excel, word etc.
