Personal Assistant to Founder / UHNWI Location: Hybrid – London-based (4 days WFH / 1 day in-office – Victoria) Time commitment: Full-time We’re looking for a sharp, switched-on Personal Assistant to support an exceptional individual—Founder, investor, and MD of the largest media conglomerate across the Middle East and North Africa. This isn’t your typical PA job. You won’t be calendar-wrangling for someone buried in corporate layers. You’ll be working directly with a fast-moving, high-performing individual who balances multiple ventures: building a startup, leading large-scale media operations, managing international investments, and keeping a demanding personal life on track. This role is for someone highly capable, naturally resourceful, and totally unflappable. You’ll act as the operational glue between his personal and professional worlds. That means handling anything from coordinating international travel and handling sensitive comms, to solving last-minute problems with minimal guidance. You'll need to move fast, communicate clearly, and build trust quickly. Who You Are Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented—but flexible when things change (because they will). Energetic and proactive—you don’t need to be told twice. Strong on relationships—whether dealing with executives, investors, lawyers, or a housekeeper. Calm under pressure—you solve problems without passing on the stress. Strong communicator—concise, responsive, and emotionally intelligent. Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out from limited info. Discreet and trustworthy—this role requires access to highly sensitive personal and business information. What You'll Be Doing Acting as a true right hand—anticipating needs, spotting gaps, and stepping in without waiting to be asked. Managing complex calendars, coordinating across time zones, and gatekeeping when necessary. Handling logistics for both business and personal life—travel, meetings, gifts, dinners, etc. Supporting investor communications, scheduling, and occasional note-taking. Managing email and correspondence when needed, with good judgment and tone. Supporting on personal admin, lifestyle management, and errands (remotely and in person). Helping build and maintain systems to keep things running smoothly as responsibilities grow. What You Get A front-row seat to a dynamic life—this is a high-velocity role for someone who wants exposure to top-tier business, media, and entrepreneurship. High trust, high impact—you’ll be involved in meaningful work, not just scheduling meetings. Hybrid working—four days from home, one day a week in Victoria, London. Opportunity to grow into more—if you prove yourself, your responsibilities (and opportunities) will expand fast. How to Apply Send your CV and a short note telling us why you’re a great fit. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, moves fast, and figures things out without needing a rulebook. If you’re hands-on, adaptable, and energized by high-trust, high-responsibility work, you’ll fit right in.
