Operations Administrator Part time, Maternity Cover - 12 months contract Salary: £14,500 per annum Working: 18hrs/week over 3 days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Location : Head Office - Winnersh Triangle RG41 5TP We are looking for a self-motivated, incredibly organised and detail-orientated individual to join our team here at Retail Active. You will be an Operations Administrator dedicated to our customers’ multi-market perfect store auditing programme who will be responsible for the operational administrative support to our global team. If you’re looking for a part-time exciting challenge, this job is for you! The person we're looking for has previous administrative experience and thrives on coordinating and managing multiple tasks to deliver key outputs based on project milestones. As an Operations Administrator you will: Monitor our auditors e-learning competition status and scheduling them to stores to begin auditing in our data capturing tool Ensure all markets auditing questionnaires are quality checked, tested and approved in our data capturing tool prior to auditing launch period Brief, liaise and collate all translations across markets & agencies to ensure accurate translations are available within set up timeframe across systems Support with administrative duties in rolling out special projects with the Global Programme Manager Maintain our global FactBook and Database via Monday.com and being our team champion for this platform Create reports from our dashboard to support our operational execution and data quality for our market agencies What We Offer: Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential Great career opportunities across Retail Active and the wider Smollan group A fun working environment where you can feel truly valued A culture of collaboration and caring where our people are at the heart of everything that we do 24 days annual leave bank holidays pro rata What we are looking for: Excellent attention to detail A strong team player, with great interpersonal skills Efficient administrator A self-motivated individual with the will to achieve Excellent business communication skills Apply today, as early applications are encouraged.
