What you will do:
* Assist in the independent assessment, treatment, and discharge planning of patients within the community rehab team.
* Use recognisable outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide and develop effective treatment plans.
* Confidently manage and organise your own caseload, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s individual needs.
* Support qualified therapists in delivering high-quality rehab services.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute your insights to patient care strategies.
Requirements:
* Recent experience working as a Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Therapy Assistant.
* NHS experience is advantageous but not essential, so bring your skill set and enthusiasm to the table.
