You will collaborate closely with the Operations, Customers, and Supply Chain Team to drive cost reductions, improve supplier performance, and implement supply chain initiatives. Manage the flow of parts and services, proactively addressing any supply chain issues affecting manufacturing. Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Supplier Coordination & Performance Liaise daily with suppliers to monitor orders, delivery schedules, and resolve issues, keeping operations informed. Conduct supplier reviews, performance monitoring, and compliance checks, including site visits within the UK as required. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with suppliers. Supply Chain Optimization Introduce control mechanisms to streamline operations. Apply problem-solving techniques to improve internal processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Cost & Invoice Management Regularly review pricing and MRP for cost-saving opportunities. Ensure invoice matching is consistently up to date. Requirements Minimum 3 years hands on experience within a similar role in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record in the execution of buying, forecasting and replenishment. Must have a proven track record of hands-on experience & excellent working knowledge of MRP & ERP systems. Hands-on experience on driving and chairing process improvement. Must have a proven track records and experience of on time meeting targets in a manufacturing environment. Must have strong customer & supplier management experience. Contact Nicky Strutt
