Commercial Administrator (Temporary – Potential to Go Permanent)West GlasgowKey Details:
* Initial 3-month temporary contract
* Office-based role in West Glasgow
* Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Friday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
We are working with a well-established civil engineering contractor based in the West of Glasgow who is looking to bring in a Commercial Administrator on an initial temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
This position has arisen due to increased workload and the need to support a busy commercial team. While the long-term requirement is still being assessed, there is a strong possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right individual.
The Role:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial team
* Assist with documentation, reporting, and general commercial processes
* Support Senior Quantity Surveyors across multiple live projects
* Maintain accurate records and assist with systems and project tracking
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Commercial Administrator or similar role
* Ideally, some exposure to the construction or civil engineering sector
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
