We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Acquisitions Team as a Project Manager. This is a full time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street, London office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. This is a hybrid position, and you will be required to be in the office 4 days a week with the option to work from one day.

The salary on offer is up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements;

Manage multiple M&A projects simultaneously, leading structured weekly calls with internal and external stakeholders.
Create and manage 12-week project timelines (using ), anticipating blockers and presenting to the M&A Director.
Mitigate risks across workstreams such as legal and client accounting, using a risk register and senior-level communications.
Drive continuous improvement sessions with Heads of Departments to refine M&A processes.
Organise and maintain data rooms, files, and reports, ensuring compliance and clear documentation.
Support due diligence preparation, including reviewing Q&A and improving processes.
Manage smooth handovers to the Integration Manager post-completion, supporting clients on key items like contract termination and banking.

Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to make independent decisions.
Flexible and proactive, willing to take on additional tasks such as creating documentation for C-Suite.
Experience in Project Management or M&A preferred.
Proficient in, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to support critical completion deadlines, including occasional late finishes when required.
