About the Role

If you have a lifeguard qualification, we want to hear from you! Don’t worry if you don’t; we’re here to help you obtain your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with us.
As a lifeguard at our Splash Waterworld, your mission is clear: ensure our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes. Guest safety is our top priority, and this role demands exceptional attention to detail. You’ll be the friendly face interacting with guests and providing outstanding customer service.
In addition to monitoring safety, you’ll also promote and organize poolside activities, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while keeping their safety at the forefront of everything you do.
This role offers a flexible contract of 8-35 hours per week. Our business operates seven days a week, so your reliability and punctuality will be essential as you become a vital part of our team.
Plus, for those over 18 relocating for a full-time position, live-in accommodation may be available!
About You
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who naturally engage with a diverse range of people. If you’re a strong swimmer with a keen eye for detail, you’ll thrive in this role as you monitor the pool during busy times.
You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will also be moments when you’ll supervise areas independently, showcasing your leadership skills.
