This role will be responsible for the effective implementation of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives. Some key responsibilities for this role include: Defining & implementing the HS&E policy & procedures to maintain ISO accreditation Supporting relationships & programs with customers, partners & stakeholders in matters concerning HS&E Devising effective change management & internal auditing processes Lead accident/incident investigations and define appropriate performance metrics Oversee and manage waste streams, emissions and energy use Fostering a self-managing HS&E workplace culture with clear roles and responsibilities For this role you will need: IOSH Managing Safely (willingness to work towards NEBOSH General Certificate) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position Familiar with incident investigation processes and root cause analysis Working knowledge of UK H&S and environmental legislation Clear communicator and confident deliver training when necessary If you feel you have the skills and experience to become our HS&E Officer and you are looking for exciting opportunities ahead, please click ‘apply’ today, we’d love to hear from you!
